Upset?! MY CURES!😊❤

Feeling Upset? MY CURES!

I know this is a bit different to what I normally do but, I thought it would be nice. 

Although maybe you cannot solve this problem, you should always stay positive and motivated about everything! Smile and love life❤

If it is something that you can change then remember you can change it! Whether it is bullying or a problem with your siblings. 

- Go to counciling.
- Go out with a friend/s.
- Eat comfort Food.
- Watch your fave movies/shows.
- Write down everything your feeling and - things you have bottled up, you will feel better that it is out. After you have done throw it away or scrunch it/ rip it up and throw it away. 
- Get a stress ball and fiddle with it. 
- Have a sleepover with your besties.
- Practice your makeup - it may sound weird but people tend to get distracted and they feel it is fun. 
- Go shopping!
- Re-Decorate your room!
- Do art. 
- Bake!
- Clean out your wardrobe
- Read mags
- Read books
- Excercise
- Do your hobbies! Eg. Shopping, reading, swimming (ect)
