This is roughly what I try to eat everyday! I thought I would do this because it organises my life and keeps me healthy. It also gives me a rough idea of what I can eat when I want to snack or when I'm hungry. It helps me and keeps me fresh and healthy including yummy snacks while it being healthy and gives me the right nutritions and vitamins!

- Milk { endless benefits. Soy milk is a kit better than cows milk }
