My weekly food schedule..!❤

This is roughly what I try to eat everyday! I thought I would do this because it organises my life and keeps me healthy. It also gives me a rough idea of what I can eat when I want to snack or when I'm hungry. It helps me and keeps me fresh and healthy including yummy snacks while it being healthy and gives me the right nutritions and vitamins! 

My weekly food rota...

Monday❤

- Carrot { helps with eyes }
- Tomatoes { a bunch of cherry tomatoes or one big one. Also, endless benefits }
- Milk { endless benefits. Soy milk is a kit better than cows milk } 
- Green tea { endless benefits }
- 2ltr water { endless benefits, try to have a lot more }
- Orange
- Salad

Tuesday❤

- Apple
- Green tea
- 2ltr water
- Milk
- Orange
- Carrot
- Sweet peppers
- Banana
- Fried egg


Wednesday❤

- Apple
- Green tea
- Milk
- Carrot
- Sweet pepper
- Orange
- Salad
- 2ltr water

Thursday❤

- Apple
- Green tea
- Fried egg 
- 2ltr water
- Orange
- Milk
- Tomatoes 
-Banana

Friday❤
